Our Food Philosophy
We follow the harvest. Every season, we replace every ingredient we can with local crops. We mean every ingredient; wherever possible, we go local, organic and sustainable. Cage-free eggs, fresh vegetables, herbs—you name it. Ingredients and passion make all the difference when it comes to taste. For over 45 years, we’ve made it a practice to perfect the classics and find the best new tastes. From our traditional Italian puttanesca and modern yellow fin tuna to simple breakfast and lunch dishes like our classic oatmeal or chicken bacon ranch wrap—every dish we serve is crafted with care.
We believe that good meals should make you feel good, and we understand that “good” is different for everyone. Whether that means going all in on a Belgian waffle station or sticking with eggs and bacon for the perfect keto breakfast—every menu we serve is designed around our client and their guests. Finally, we believe in community. All unused food in donation quality goes to St. James Church in Painesville. And every year, we serve a complimentary Thanksgiving dinner to Clevelanders facing homelessness.
