How we're taking action

Now more than every we're taking real steps to take care of our people and our guests-it's the right thing to do. Read on to learn more about what we're doing to keep you safe.


Care for our guests

  • Health Department Scores

    Top health department scores.

  • Sanitizing High Contact/Traffic Areas

    Kitchen and all equipment sanitized twice daily.

  • Staff PPE

    All staff members wear gloves and masks, when social distancing is not possible

  • Hand Washing

    Staff washes hands frequently, at minimum every 30 minutes.

  • Hand Sanitizer

    Hand sanitizer is available at all entrance and exit points for  available for guests and staff.

  • Safe Service

    Staff serves all food to guests.

  • Single Serve

    Service items that traditionally communal will be individually packaged.

  • Sanitizing Equipment

    Tables, chairs and event equipment cleaned and sanitized after every use.

  • Plexiglas Barriers

    Plexiglas are used in appropriate areas.

  • Practice Social Distancing

    Work stations (kitchen and office) spaced 6 or more feet apart.

  • Clean Vehicles

    All delivery equipment and vehicles are cleaned daily.

  • Culinary Team PPE

    The culinary team wears gloves, masks and hair nets while preparing food.

  • Safe Food Handling

    Gloves and masks are used when handling food. Gloves changed frequently.

  • Contactless Pickup and Delivery

    Contactless pickup and delivery is available for all orders.

  • Occupancy Guidelines

    Seating capacity at venues based on state/local guidelines.

  • Seating Arrangements

    Dining tables at venues placed 6+ feet apart, with 10 or fewer guests per table.

  • Delivery/Services Team PPE

    The delivery/service team wears gloves and masks while serving food.

  • Hand Sanitizer

    Hand sanitizer available at all points of entry/exit throughout our commissary.

  • Daily Temperature Check

    Employees must pass a temperature and health check prior to each shift.


How events are changing

Can you still have a wedding?

  • Yes! Even with the current restrictions, you can have a fun and memorable wedding.
  • Buffets and stations will be served by a Normandy team member
  • Staff will wear PPEs and gloves, cleaning hands and changing gloves frequently
  • There will be signs throughout the facility informing guests how to keep each other safe
